With the 99hyp Substanzkredit, we offer customers with liquidity needs up to 60% of the value of their property at a moderate interest rate, with a term of 3 years, payable at the end of the term without interim interest or principal payments. The credit rating is based purely on the value of the property and not on the borrower's income.

We are the only provider in Austria to offer this form of loan based on EU Regulation 2014/17 EU.
